Ashida Station. The sorceress Nyogetsuni (later to become Takiyasha) performs a magic ritual in the snow, followed by an assistant carrying a severed head on a branch with white paper streams that call to mind the white zig-zag shaped shide paper streams used at Shinto ceremonies.
