Description: Kanadehon yakō no tama 仮名手鑑夜光玉 . Three vol.complete.Written by Akushitsubyō Kagefude 悪疾兵衛景筆. Based on the texts by Utei Enba II 二代烏亭焉馬 (1792-1862), Together with jōruri text (a type of dramatic recitation, accompanied by samisen), this is a parody on the Kanadehon Chūshingura. Written with different kanji, but the same pronunciation, this must have been an easy reference for its audience.
