Description: Calligraphy on paper by the chief abbot of Myôshin-ji temple. Calligraphy reading “Longevity” (Ju/Kotobuki).
Signed:Seals reading “Kanshin”(on the upper right corner), and “Taishitsu Dôja” and “Mumon” (in the lower left corner). Original box titled on the front: “Longevity, one character”. The inside is signed: “Hanazono (Myôshinji) Taishitsusô”, with seal reading “Taishitsu”.
