Description: No 36 Takakura moon (Takekura no tsuki), from the series One hundred aspects of the moon (Tsuki hyakushi). Published by Akiyama Buemon in August 1886. Depiction of a clever escape: prince Mochihito and his companion Munenobu flee from the Takakura mansion disguised in women’s traveling costumes. Main character of the scene: Hasebe no Nobutsura who helped them in their escape.
